I’m a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, gained from the School of Natural Therapies in London.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in sports massage therapy and coaching, I bring both depth of knowledge and genuine empathy to my work. You’ll be in safe, skilled, and understanding hands.

Years of advanced training have equipped me to assess, treat, and rehabilitate both acute and chronic soft tissue and musculoskeletal conditions. My strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pathology reflects not only my expertise, but also my commitment to helping you recover, move better, and feel better.

As a former county basketball player and coach, I understand the drive to return to peak fitness after injury — and the frustration of setbacks. This personal insight shapes my approach to treatment and rehabilitation.

My passion for learning has taken me across the UK and Europe, where I’ve completed a wide range of specialist training. In addition to sports therapy, I’m qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and studied at the world-renowned Vodder Institute in Austria and in Holistic Palliative Care, providing massage for clients with life-limiting conditions in hospice settings, including those living with cancer.
