“Hello, I’m Rebecca”

I graduated with honors with a BSc in Physiotherapy and further complemented my qualifications with training in deep tissue massage.

As an avid runner, I understand the importance of maintaining the body and optimizing its performance. My goal is to help individuals, regardless of age, background, or discipline, achieve their full potential through personalized care and strategies.

I design all my programs to fit the unique needs of each individual, creating tailored plans aligned with their lifestyle, goals, and ambitions.

My primary focus is musculoskeletal health. The process begins with a thorough assessment, followed by consultation, and finally, the development of a bespoke plan to treat and rehabilitate conditions. My approach is goal-based and, while it takes time, is ultimately about delivering long-term results.

The services I provide are a journey, where I guide patients toward achieving their potential while offering continuous support and encouragement.

My career began in orthopaedics, where I mobilised patients pre- and post-surgery, specialising in rehabilitation for hip and knee replacements. I later transitioned to community physiotherapy, working with neurological patients in their homes and developing personalised rehabilitation programs. This experience deepened my understanding of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, especially in a community setting, and has been instrumental in my growth as a practitioner.

Drawing on these experiences, I work closely with the team at Bea’s Sports Injury Clinic, focusing on musculoskeletal issues and helping runners and individuals with reduced mobility regain optimal function.

I am deeply passionate about my work and continually expand my knowledge through training in alternative therapies. I have completed advanced Skills in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am also a proud member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
